Legal system of Pakistan
In the legal system of Pakistan there are three laws which are running parallel.
1)Federal laws;-
The rules and regulation made by the parliament are called federal law.
Example;-
Constitution of Pakistan.
2)Provincial laws;-
The rules and regulation made by the provincial assembles are called provincial law.
Example;-
Punjab Consumer Protection Act.
3)Administrative laws;-
The rules and regulations which govern the activities of administrative agencies of the govt. it is consider a branch of public law .In Pakistan Administrative law is not a codified, written or well-defined law like the Contract Act, Penal Code, Transfer of Property Act, Evidence Act, Constitution of Pakistan, etc. It is an unwritten, uncodified or ‘Judge-made’ law. It has developed slowly in the wake of factual situations before courts

Sources of law means the origin from where law or the binding rules of human conduct come into existence.
Types of sources of law;-
There are two types of sources of law .
1. Primary sources

· Case laws
· Adjudicate
2. Secondary sources
· Legal periodicals
· Encyclopedias
· Practicing material
